  1. Q.01What are the admission requirements?

    Your cat must be fully vaccinated, or have a valid vet memo certifying they are fit for boarding. All guests 6 months of age or older (or showing signs of sexual maturity) must be sterilised. We require all cats to have received a current spot-on treatment for external and internal parasites applied at check-in or within the past 30 days. Your cat must be healthy, free from injury, or any signs of illness (including fleas, ticks, and worms) upon arrival.

  2. Q.02Do I need to get my cat tested for FIV/FELV?

    For risk management reasons, we only allow FIV/FELV negative cats to access common play areas. Cats with positive status may still board in their private suite.

  3. Q.03What should I pack for my cat?

    Consistency is key to a cat's wellbeing. Please provide enough of your cat's usual food (wet and/or dry) for the duration of the stay, plus an extra 10% buffer. We provide premium dust-free tofu litter, but you may bring your cat's preferred brand. Bring a favourite blanket, bed, or a piece of your worn clothing; familiar scents work wonders. If your cat needs specific grooming, bring the grooming tools too.

  4. Q.04What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Standard check-in is 3pm – 6pm. Check-out is 10am – 12pm, with late check-out until 6pm available with advance booking. Concierge early check-in and late check-out are available for a $20 fee.

  5. Q.05Can my cat take medication during their stay?

    Yes, we welcome cats requiring medication and special diets. Oral medication and supplements are $5 per feeding session. Topical medication application is $5 per application. Minor issues like hairballs or mild stomach upset are handled in-house at no extra charge.

  6. Q.06Do you offer pet taxi transport?

    Yes! We offer a Pet Taxi Service at $40 per way (inclusive of 2 cats), or $80 two-way. For stays of 5 nights or more, complimentary two-way pet taxi transport is included.

  1. Q.01How can I watch my cat during their stay?

    Kuro Cat Hotel is one of the few cat hotels in Singapore that offers complimentary 24/7 CCTV access for pet owners, at no extra charge. Every suite has private CCTV access so you can watch your cat anytime, anywhere.

  2. Q.02Will my cat be kept with other cats?

    Absolutely not! Cats from each household will have their own private suite and take turns to play in the common area. There is no mixing of cats from different households.

  3. Q.03How much daily attention does my cat get?

    Every guest receives a minimum of two interactive play/cuddle sessions daily. For shy cats, we use Feliway pheromones and gentle, hands-off company until they feel comfortable.

  4. Q.04What cleaning protocols do you follow?

    We perform twice-daily deep cleaning of all suites using F10 hospital-grade disinfectants, with full sanitisation between guests. The facility runs 24/7 air-conditioning with HEPA air purification.

  5. Q.05Is Kuro Cat Hotel licensed?

    Yes. We are fully licensed by Singapore's Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS). Licence: AVS00145 | BD26004. Our team is also Fear Free certified, using evidence-based techniques to reduce fear, anxiety, and stress in cats.

  6. Q.06What happens in an emergency?

    If your cat shows signs of illness or distress, we will contact you immediately. If veterinary attention is needed, we will transport your cat to our partner veterinary clinic. Emergency veterinary costs are the owner's responsibility. If we cannot reach you, we will proceed with emergency care in the best interest of your cat.

  1. Q.01How do I book a stay?

    Book online through our booking portal, or message us on WhatsApp at +65 8775 7025 for assistance.

  2. Q.02What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellations made within 14 days prior to check-in will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. The balance of the prepaid amount will be converted into hotel credit for future bookings. All hotel credits are non-refundable.

  3. Q.03Can I board multiple cats together?

    Yes! Our Sky Villa (up to 3 cats) and Premium Villa (up to 5 cats) are designed for multi-cat families. Bonded cats from the same household share the suite. Additional guests are $20/night each.
