“This is the first time I’ve placed my cats in a cat hotel and I’m absolutely pleased with the service and environment of Kuro cat hotel! The place is clean and tidy, and we receive daily updates on our cats. The 24 hour cctv was really great for us to keep track and connect with our cats when we miss them! Even though our cats were shy throughout the stay, they managed to settle in comfortably and I believe they were well loved and taken care of during their stay. Highly recommend and will definitely place my cats there again when needed! Appreciate and thankful to the owners and staff for taking good care of our baby boys!”

“Easily the best cat hotel I have seen so far! Really impressed on my first visit and could see this place has been thoughtfully designed entirely with cats in mind. It is clean, bright and cheery with lots of natural light. For Jam Jam, space is a priority as he’s active and restless half the time. The loft suite is perfect for him with lots of vertical space for exploring as well as cozy hiding spots when he’s feeling cautious. In addition to the usual daily updates, 24hours CCTV access to your cat’s suite is a big plus as we could have a “zoom meeting” or just to check on him at any point in time. Smart water bowls are also provided with updates on their daily water consumption. How cool is that?! Most importantly, we know Jam Jam loves the staff and his fellow feline guests, and he absolutely enjoyed his entire staycation experience here!!”
