您的猫咪拥有自己的套房。不与其他家庭的猫咪共用空间，没有例外，不会有陌生猫咪挤占它的安全感。
不只是喂养清洁，还有情绪照顾
团队持有 Fear Free 认证：每位住客每天一次一对一互动陪伴；对需要更多时间才能放松的猫咪，会使用 Feliway 费洛蒙，以安静、不强迫的方式陪伴。
疫苗齐全、健康筛查、持牌经营
每位住客入住时都须完成疫苗接种或持有兽医适宿证明、完成绝育并做过驱虫处理。我们持有 AVS 执照（宠物寄宿执照 BD26004），可公开查证。

The place is clean and tidy, and we receive daily updates on our cats. The 24 hour cctv was really great for us to keep track and connect with our cats when we miss them! “TLDR: our cat probably stayed at a nicer hotel than we did on our travels! As with most families, our cat is definitely our fur-kid and a worry whenever we travel. Historically, we would house him with friends/family since we could trust them but now that there is Kuro Cat Hotel to trust, we could easily go on our holiday without worrying about our baby. The hotel is so spacious and clean with loads of natural light and some suites with views if that's what your cat enjoys! We were also so impressed with the frequent updates via pictures, videos and even a CCTV in his personal room (that's how transparent they are with us!). We had a brief tour of the space when we checked him in and I was very impressed by the team really taking care of details like hiding spaces, the variety of toys/equipment to cater to different cat personalities and even dietary requirements. They even offer transport services so we didn't have to rush to cater to our flight timings. Clearly, Graeme enjoyed his holiday where he got to sit under palm trees and enjoy head messages from the team. Kuro really provides the cat version of a 5 star hotel (with hotel transfer too!) and we would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you to the team for taking care of our messy little orange boy 🧡”

寄宿对容易焦虑的猫咪真的安全吗？
对绝大多数猫咪来说是的，前提是环境专为此设计：没有共用空间的独立套房、绝不强迫接触的 Fear Free 处理方式，以及安静的猫咪专属建筑。极少数猫咪确实更适合在家请猫保姆，如果您的猫看起来是这样，我会直说。
我的猫咪需要哪些疫苗或检查？
猫咪须完成全部疫苗接种，或持有兽医开具的适合寄宿证明；6 个月以上须已绝育；过去 30 天内须完成体内外驱虫。入住时也须健康，没有任何疾病迹象。
每晚房价实际包含什么？
独立套房、免费 24 小时摄像头、每天一次一对一互动陪伴，以及白天在场的 Fear Free 认证团队。套房每晚 SGD 60 起。用药、美容与宠物接送如有需要，另外收费。
真的能看到实时画面，还是只有照片？
是实时画面。每间套房都有可自行操作的摄像头，入住期间随时都能打开查看。我们是新加坡少数免费提供这项服务的猫咪酒店之一。
