Kuro was a young black cat on the street when he chose us. The Cat Distribution System did its work, and he became the cat behind the hotel's name.

Set in a conserved shophouse at 21A Kreta Ayer Road, our hotel weaves the heritage of old Chinatown into a modern feline retreat. Across two storeys, guests enjoy private suites, soft lighting, and vertical climbing elements, all secured behind double-door entries.

Charlotte is a Fear Free Certified Professional. In practice, that means reading a cat's body language, giving them space and never forcing contact.
A confident cat may be ready to play. A quieter guest may prefer patient company from outside their hiding place. We adjust the pace instead of asking every cat to behave the same way.
