Our dedicated Concierge Service elevates your cat’s stay with personalized care. We can arrange veterinary visits, deliver favorite foods, medications or specialty toys, handling every request with the highest quality of care and discretion.
Please note: all costs incurred during concierge service — including but not limited to transportation fees, vet or grooming charges, and purchase costs for items requested on your behalf — are borne by you. Detailed receipts and itemized invoices will be provided for transparency.

24/7 CCTV access and daily wellness updates are complimentary with every stay.
