Owners of two or three cats ask the same thing every time: will they be split up, and will I be charged as if they were strangers. Owners of a kitten, or of a cat that has simply never been left before, ask a different question in the same breath: is she going to be all right the first time.
Both stays run on the same setup, so this page covers them together. Cats from one household share a suite rather than being scattered, and a first stay is built to be short, quiet, and led by the cat rather than by the schedule.

Kittens board from 10 weeks old with at least one core vaccine. Many owners book a short first stay while they are still in Singapore, so the long trip later is not the cat's first night away.

Some cats live together at home and still want their own space away from it.
One suite for the household, or one each
Our shophouse is cat-only, two storeys, and every guest is in a private suite with natural light, a window view, and vertical space to climb. Nothing is shared with cats from another home, so a nervous first-timer never meets a stranger, and a bonded pair never has to defend a corridor.
Which suite a household takes is a conversation before check-in rather than a rule. Tell us how many cats, how they get on, and how much they climb, and we will say which room fits and what it costs.
What we do differently for these stays
Cats from one home stay together
Bonded cats keep the same suite for the whole stay. We do not move cats between rooms to free up space, and we never put cats from two households in one suite.
Fear Free handling
We are Fear Free certified, which sets how we open a carrier, how we introduce a cat to its suite, and how we approach a shy cat, which is to say we do not until she approaches us. That protocol is what a first stay leans on.
Your own camera
Every suite has its own private camera and access is free with the room. Owners of a first-time boarder tend to open it on the first evening, see the cat eating, and stop checking by day three.
Who ate what
Appetite and litter are harder to read when cats share a bowl at home. Here each cat is logged by name at every meal, so a change in one of them is visible early rather than at pickup.
Photo updates
Regular photo updates through the stay. Real photos of your own cats in their own suite, not stock images.
A short stay first
If your dates allow it, a short trial stay can make the longer trip feel less unfamiliar for a first-time boarder.
What a multi-cat stay costs
Every suite rate covers up to 2 cats from the same household, from S$60 a night for a Classic Suite. A Loft Suite is S$80 a night. A Sky Villa is S$100 a night for up to three cats and a Premium Villa S$120 a night for up to five; in the villas, a third cat onward is S$20 a night each. Listed suite prices are the standard nightly rates before eligible promotions.

I'm Charlotte, the founder. Ten years with cats, Fear Free certified, and my own cat Kuro lives on site. I have watched a lot of owners hand over a kitten for the first time, and the visit beforehand settles them more than anything I can say by message. So bring your questions and ask them standing next to the suite.

Can two cats from the same household share one suite?
Yes, and that is the default for cats who live together. Bonded cats from the same household share the suite: up to 2 cats in a Classic or Loft, up to 3 in a Sky Villa, up to 5 in a Premium Villa. If a pair stops getting on once they are here, we tell you and move one into a suite of its own rather than leaving them to sort it out.
How much does an additional cat cost?
Two cats from the same household share a Classic Suite (S$60/night) or Loft Suite (S$80/night) at the suite rate. In the Sky Villa (up to 3 cats) and Premium Villa (up to 5 cats), additional guests are S$20/night each. Only bonded cats from the same household share a suite.
How old does a kitten have to be to board?
Kittens must be 10 weeks or older on check-in and need at least one core vaccine against the core feline viruses. Bring the vaccination record with you. The full admission requirements are on our boarding terms.
My cat has never been boarded. What makes the first stay easier?
Three things, in order. Come and see the suites before you book, so check-in day is not the first time your cat sees the building. Send her own bedding and her usual food, unwashed, because familiar smell does more than any new toy. And book a short stay before the long one if your dates allow it.
Can I watch my cats while I'm away?
Yes. Every suite has its own private camera and access is included in the nightly rate, so you can open it from any time zone. Owners boarding a cat for the first time use it most in the first two days, which is exactly what it is there for.
