Private suites are S$60 to S$120 per night. The rate includes two cats from the same household, with clear prices for larger groups and optional services below.

Bonded cats from the same household share the suite: up to 2 cats in a Classic or Loft, up to 3 in a Sky Villa, up to 5 in a Premium Villa. Additional guests are S$20/night each in the villas.
What we don't charge for
Watching your cat
24/7 CCTV access is complimentary. Every suite has its own private camera, so you can check in on your cat anytime, at no extra charge.
Minor care moments
Minor issues like hairballs or mild stomach upset are handled in-house at no extra charge.
Changing your booking
Changes to bookings are complimentary up to 48 hours before check-in.

Welcome, long-stay, referral, transport and PLC offers are not stackable with other promotions. Welcome-promotion bookings and agreed long-stay specials are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Other bookings follow the standard boarding terms. Offers do not apply on blackout dates, apart from the welcome promotion and complimentary transport.
Optional services
Optional services are charged only when requested. Extra feeding, extended interaction time, video calls, transport, concierge, grooming and medical care are priced on our services page.
Essential booking conditions
Standard check-in is 3pm – 6pm and check-out is 10am – 12pm. Early check-in from 11am costs S$20; late check-out to 6pm costs S$20. Arrange either service in advance.
Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in receive a full refund less a 5% processing fee. The full cancellation and payment terms are in our boarding terms.
