“The perfect home away from home for Lucky! I have my cat, Lucky, on long-term boarding with Kuro Cat Hotel and it’s the best decision I’ve made. The facility is impeccable—clean, odourless, well-ventilated, and organized. The cabins are huge, with plenty of space for cats to move. The team is incredibly meticulous and professional. They truly look after Lucky’s well-being holistically, ensuring his physical, emotional, and environmental needs are all met with the same level of care. Most importantly, Lucky is happy. He’s sleeping more comfortably here than he ever has anywhere else. Between the daily updates and the weekly visits, I have zero concerns about his well-being. “This is the first time I’ve placed my cats in a cat hotel and I’m absolutely pleased with the service and environment of Kuro cat hotel! The place is clean and tidy, and we receive daily updates on our cats. The 24 hour cctv was really great for us to keep track and connect with our cats when we miss them! Even though our cats were shy throughout the stay, they managed to settle in comfortably and I believe they were well loved and taken care of during their stay.
