Acceptance of Terms
By booking a stay, accessing kurocats.sg, or using any service offered by Kuro Cat Hotel & Resort, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Booking your cat into our hotel is a positive acceptance of these terms together with the separate Boarding Terms and Conditions that govern the operational care of your cat. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the website or place a booking.
Bookings
Bookings for stays at Kuro Cat Hotel & Resort are placed through our booking partner Purrito at kuro.purrito.tech. Confirmation is not guaranteed until we message you back with a suite number and check-in time. We may refuse or cancel a booking if admission criteria in the Boarding Terms and Conditions are not met, if the requested dates conflict with an existing reservation, or if we cannot safely accept your cat.
Payment
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include prevailing goods and services tax where applicable. Payment is handled by Purrito's payment processor; we do not store card details. Refunds follow the cancellation schedule set out in the Boarding Terms and Conditions and are returned through the same payment method used at booking.
Cancellation
Cancellation windows, forfeiture thresholds, and late check-out fees are set out in full in our Boarding Terms and Conditions. Those terms are incorporated into your booking by reference. In the event of conflict between this page and the Boarding Terms, the Boarding Terms prevail for operational and care-related matters.
Use of Website
This website is provided for information and to facilitate bookings. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes, not to interfere with or disrupt the site or its servers, not to attempt unauthorised access to any systems, and not to scrape, crawl, or republish the content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Third-Party Services
The website links to and embeds services operated by third parties, including Purrito (booking), WhatsApp (messaging), Google (Maps, Analytics, Ads, Reviews), Meta (Pixel), and our hosting provider Vercel. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, photography, video, logos, and design) is the property of Kuro Cat Hotel & Resort or its licensors and is protected by Singapore and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission. Fair use for genuine editorial review of our services is permitted.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and its content are provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or that the information on it is current or complete at every moment. Any reliance you place on the content is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Kuro Cat Hotel & Resort, its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Liability for the physical care of your cat is governed by the Boarding Terms and Conditions, not this page.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing any obligation under these terms where the failure or delay arises from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government action, civil unrest, labour disputes, utility failures, or telecommunications or internet outages.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore, that provision will be severed and the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised terms take effect on the date shown in 'Last updated' below. Your continued use of the website or placement of a new booking after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a change is material we will flag it on this page for at least 30 days.
