Leases rarely line up. How cat boarding in Singapore bridges the gap between homes, for moves across town and international relocations alike.
If you are moving to or from Singapore and there is a gap between homes, cat boarding covers it. You board your cat in a private suite for the days or weeks between the old place and the new one, so they are safe and settled while you handle packers, handover, and paperwork. Relocations rarely line up perfectly: leases end before new ones begin, HDB and condo handovers slip, and international moves come with permits and flight timing. Here is how boarding fills that gap without stressing your cat.
Moving day is when cats bolt, and I have covered what to do with your cat on moving day itself separately. But a relocation is more than one day. It also puts your cat through the half-packed limbo of an empty flat with no furniture, no familiar smells, and stressed owners.
A quiet suite is kinder than a home mid-teardown. Your cat sits out the whole unsettled stretch somewhere calm, and comes to the new home only once it is set up and quiet.
For a move across town, boarding usually means a few days to a week. Drop your cat off before the packers arrive, get the new place sorted, then bring them into a home that already has their litter tray, bed, and food set up. They walk into calm instead of cardboard. If they stayed with us, you can take home the litter from their suite through our Kuro Home shop, so the tray is one thing that doesn't change.

Longer boarding stays bridge the days between giving up your Singapore home and your cat's flight, or between their arrival and your new lease starting.
We are a Fear Free certified team with private suites rather than cages, so even a longer stay is comfortable. You will need vaccination, sterilisation and FIV/FeLV test records at check-in, much of which your relocation agent will already be preparing, so keep copies handy. Parasite prevention is given at check-in, or you show proof of treatment within the past 30 days.
